![]() ![]() She continued to state that it did not matter. I also reminded her that I arrived prior to the 15 minutes and patiently waited until the customer ahead of me was finished. I had been taking my dogs to Pet o for years, every month. That was before she started to refer to me as "hun". I explained that I had arrived before the 15 minutes, and she said she knew, but it did not matter. The employee knew who I was, knew that I had been waiting for about 5 minutes and then informed me that they would not be grooming my dogs because they had a policy that you could not be more than 15 minutes late. I approached the grooming desk exactly 16 minutes after 1 pm. When I walked into the store, I noticed there was a customer with a fairly large dog in the grooming vestibule, so I waited outside (visible to the Petco employee) until the customer was finished. I attempted to call and let them know, but got a voicemail message. Today, due to inclement weather, I arrived at the store 11 minutes late for their scheduled grooming appointment. I purchase all food & supplies for my 2 dogs from there, as well as, take them in regularly for grooming and care. ![]() I have been a long time customer of Petco. ![]()
